I have been taking my boys to Sport Clips off and on for a few years now, and every time, it seems like the staff is totally different. That is why I had to be sure to leave a review after today’s experience. There were four hairstylists on the floor today, and as we were waiting to seen, I couldn’t help but notice the calm and helpful head hairstylist (at least that is what she seemed to be by the way she was being spoken to by the rest of the hairstylists). She would kindly go from hairstylist to hairstylist checking in to see how they were doing, or if one of the stylists had a question she would handle the situation with kindness and professionalism. When it came time for my sons hair to be cut, two hairstylists took the time to make sure his hair was cut properly (he has a particular way he likes his hair and he has A LOT of hair). I hope this staff is here to stay! My son loves his haircut. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Terrible haircut. I had to go to another stylist to try and get it corrected enough to be presentable. Plus a 3 hour wait as a bonus. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

So I do enjoy the actual haircut experience but as far as getting ahold of the store or scheduling online it is a complete nightmare, they’re never answering their phones and they never have the option to use their online scheduling services. It makes it extremely difficult to even get into the store as if they don’t care to get any business whatsoever. They’ve lost business from multiple people I know because they can’t even get in to get their hair cut.
