So I do enjoy the actual haircut experience but as far as getting ahold of the store or scheduling online it is a complete nightmare, they’re never answering their phones and they never have the option to use their online scheduling services. It makes it extremely difficult to even get into the store as if they don’t care to get any business whatsoever. They’ve lost business from multiple people I know because they can’t even get in to get their hair cut.

I took two preschool boys in for fades and both stylists were very accommodating, detail oriented, and had great interaction with the boys. One stylist had an excellent attitude when I asked if she’d cut shorter and higher the finished cut of one boy - I was very impressed by her receptiveness and desire to please her clients. Both boys came out with the best cuts they’ve had in a while. Nice quick cut and a great price too!

Every time I try to come to this sports clips it is easily 2-3 hours before their posted closing time and they are closed already for some unknown reason and say to come back the next day. I also see many other guests experiencing the same problem which is most likely why they aren't doing well. It shouldn't be this much of a hassle for an average hair cut.
